Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data processed by the KORE iOS application and its website turbov1.com/kore.

Profile and workouts

Your goals, preferences, level, equipment, program, favorites and session history are stored locally on your device. The current version does not require a KORE account and does not transmit these contents to a KORE server to create your program. iOS backups may include this data depending on your settings. KORE does not access HealthKit, your contacts, your camera or your microphone.

Optional connection with Apple

If you choose Continue with Apple, Apple processes your identification request and may provide an identifier, your name and your email address as you choose, including a relay address. The current version does not persist this information or transmit it to a KORE server; Synchronization between devices is not active.

Videos and reminders

Video demos are downloaded from Cloudflare infrastructure and cached on the device. The host processes the technical information of these requests, in particular the IP address. Reminders use local iOS notifications after you authorize them; you can deactivate them in Settings. Voice coaching uses the device's text-to-speech.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat verifies purchases and helps restore access to the ad removal option. It may process a pseudonymous application ID, device information, receipts and purchase status. KORE does not receive your credit card number. Consult the policies of Appleand of RevenueCat.

In-app advertisements

The free version integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements between certain sessions. When this service is active, Google may process technical information about the device, IP address, advertising interactions and identifiers authorized by your settings and consents. The Remove Ads option disables their display. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS settings. Consult the Google policy. The KORE site does not display AdMob advertisements.

Waiting list and website

If you register, we keep your email address, your chosen objective, the training location, the desired duration and the registration date to prepare for the launch and notify you. Registration is optional and based on your consent; this information is not sold or used for targeted advertising. They are stored in Cloudflare D1, separately from the application data. A temporary digest of the IP address serves to limit abusive registrations and is cleaned after 48 hours during subsequent registrations. Registrations are kept until launch and a maximum of 12 months thereafter, or deleted earlier on request.

Cloudflare hosts the pages and videos and processes the HTTP requests necessary for their distribution and security. The site's fonts are hosted with the site. The KORE site does not use advertising cookies or audience analysis tools. Service providers may process data outside your country; their policies describe their protective measures.

The language selector stores your choice in the browser's local storage and in a preference cookie valid for one year. This data is only used to display the chosen language; you can clear them in your browser or choose Automatic.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent to the waitlist or request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on your place of residence, you can also request their portability, the limitation of processing or contact the competent data protection authority. We respond to requests within applicable deadlines. To delete your profile, favorites and history, use Reset KORE in Settings. To delete other local data, delete the application; Manage iOS backups and data stored by Apple or other providers separately.

Children and updates

KORE is not intended for children under 13 and we do not intentionally solicit their information. Contact us if a child has transmitted data to us. This policy may evolve with functionalities; its update date appears at the top of the page.
