These conditions apply to the KORE site and to the functionalities of the application offered by Romain Lefebvre under the TurboV1 brand. The presentation of the site and its program overview are informative; Registration for the waiting list does not constitute a purchase.

Use and license

You can use KORE for your personal workouts. Videos, illustrations and other content remain protected; their redistribution or commercial exploitation requires authorization. For the application distributed on the App Store, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA)applies. These conditions supplement this contract without replacing it.

Fitness and health

KORE provides general fitness information, not diagnosis, treatment or personalized medical advice. Programs are built based on preferences you specify. Choose a suitable intensity, use a safe environment, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. If in doubt, injury or health problem, consult a professional before starting. No specific physical results are guaranteed.

Free access, advertising and purchases

The free version may display advertisements. An in-app purchase option allows you to remove them. Price, currency, included features, and applicable terms are indicated in the app and in Apple's confirmation before payment. The current version offers Remove Ads as a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. Purchases are linked to your Apple account and can be restored from the app with the same account.

Apple processes payments and refund requests according to its rules. Consult the Apple refund procedure. Deleting the app does not refund a purchase. If a subscription is subsequently offered, its duration, price, renewal and any trial will be specified before confirmation; it will be manageable in Apple account subscriptions.

Waiting list

By sending the form, you request to be informed of the launch and authorize the use of your address for this purpose. No launch date is guaranteed. You can withdraw this request at any time by contacting us. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and responsibility

Features, catalog and availability may change. Videos require a connection for initial download; Contents already downloaded can be used offline. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. These conditions do not limit the legal guarantees or the mandatory rights of consumers, and do not exclude responsibilities that the law prohibits from being excluded.

Modifications and disputes

The date displayed indicates the latest version. Important developments will be announced on the site or in the application. To resolve a difficulty, contact us first. Mandatory protections and remedies applicable in your place of residence remain valid.
